MARYVILLE MAN CHARGED WITH SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF A MINOR

Blount County Sheriff James L. Berrong said today that a 21-year-old Maryville man was charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor following a search warrant on the man's computer.
David Scott Dominique, 21, Brickmill Road, Maryville, is being held in the Blount Count Detention Center on a $75,000 bond pending a hearing in Blount County General Sessions Court at 9 a.m. January 29.
Investigators with the HEAT (Hi-Tech Evidence and Technology) Unit/ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children), have been conducting an investigation on Dominique. Thursday, investigators executed a search warrant at Dominique's residence and seized his computer. The hard drive of the computer revealed several images of child pornography. Dominique was charged this afternoon.
