Road closure for Wildwood Bridge Replacement to begin Tuesday, August 5

Blount County, Tennessee – Portions of Wildwood Road will be closed for the purpose of replacing a deficient bridge. Wildwood Road will be closed to thru traffic from the intersection of Andy Harris Road to the intersection of North Wildwood Road.

The detour route around this construction will be to utilize Peppermint Road to Sevierville Road in the west. Motorists traveling east on North Wildwood Road will be diverted onto Wildwood Road to Sevierville Road.

It is anticipated that this project will take six months to complete the bridge replacement.
