Sheriff’s Office needs assistance locating missing man

Maryville, Tennessee – Sheriff James Lee Berrong is asking for your help in locating a Spring City man who was last seen on U.S. Highway 129 on the Dragon at around 2 pm Saturday.
Wendell Rowland, age 70, of Spring City, was reported missing by his family Saturday night. Mr. Rowland was last spotted on the Dragon heading toward North Carolina at around 2 pm, and his last contact by way of phone with his family was at 11:30 am.
Mr. Rowland was driving a 2006 Harley Davidson CVO, silver in color with black and red flames on the gas tank. He was wearing a long sleeve orange shirt, blue jeans, black boots, and a black helmet.
